How do I get reviewer support so I can see submitted IDs?
As a measure to protect the privacy of end users Token of Trust by default does not allow vendors to see submitted IDs and when they do we require a full background check be done to allow access. This allows them to stay out of the complexities of GDPR, CCPA and other data privacy standards unless they really need access for compliance reasons.
To get reviewer access you should navigate to https://app.tokenoftrust.com/hq/org/team, click on Invite Another and make sure to click on the slider to indicate you want them to have 'Reviewer' access (see below). This will alert our operations team who will reach out to you to request that you go through a background check. If the user is already invited just click to edit the user (you do need to be an admin to do this). Please reach out to us at success@tokenoftrust.com if you have any questions or concerns!
